According alert the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA), drinking water in winter is as important as doing it in summer. "Being properly hydrated in winter is something people often forget when temperatures decrease," said Chris Hogan, IBWA vice president of communications. It is recommended to drink water before you feel thirsty, as this is one of the first signs of dehydration, even in the cold months to reduce the sensation.
