Its objective is to allow restaurants, hotels and large entities to serve fresh, filtered tap water with all necessary quality and safety guarantees.
The water cooler instantly provides fresh, purified water, and its use leads to significant cost savings due to reduced use of bottles. Additionally, it simplifies the management of bottles in terms of storage, stock control and cooling.
This large capacity model, belonging to the high flow GC (Gran Caudal) series, has a high capacity for supplying cold water, one of the most powerful in the sector, thanks to the high power of the compressor and the size of the ice bucket.
The water cooler is manufactured in stainless steel, like all Canaletas devices, and has an elegant design, with illuminated stainless steel buttons and removable pumps for easy maintenance. Additionally, it allows different filtering systems depending on the needs of each client.
Furthermore, the elimination of bottles contributes to minimising plastic waste, a growing trend in the sector. Recently, the Consumer Organisation (OCU) requested a state law requiring hospitality and restaurant establishments to offer their clients tap water for free. This practice is common in other countries of Europe, and is a way to reduce waste arising from bottled water. Several preliminary bills in different autonomous communities reflect this concern.
